A rare English flame mahogany cased horizontal piano on carved cabriole legs leads the auction items at E.J. Aingers forthcoming weekly sale from 9.30am Tuesday May 31 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

The auction, which contains the residual contents of estates and private consignments throughout Melbourne and Bendigo, also features a plank and formal dining room suite and set of 12 chairs among the French and English furniture on offer.

There is a superb Victorian carved flame mahogany four-door sideboard and chest of drawers and several new leather and fabric lounge suites.

The auction also has a large number of oil paintings, watercolours, graphics, posters, rugs and wall tapestries.
