A unique collection of 150 to 200 new model cars, trucks and other vehicles is an unusual attraction for auction goers at E.J. Ainger’s forthcoming weekly sale from 9.30am Tuesday November 22 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

The auction contains a solid selection of Georgian, Regency, Victorian, Edwardian and contemporary furniture.

Featured are mahogany and oak formal dining room tables and country refectory tables, along with chairs in cedar, blackwood and mahogany.

Modern and antique twin pedestal leather top desk and accompanying chairs are another attraction – as are German 19th century armoires, buffets and secretaire desks.

There also is an excellent range of Victorian burr walnut and rosewood occasional furniture including card tables and chairs.

Collectors should be delighted at the amount of porcelain, coloured glass and crystal, and sterling silver on offer.

Other attractions include Australian and overseas oil paintings, watercolours and graphics and a large cast iron tiered garden fountain.
