The major pieces of a Swarovski crystal collection that Young’s Auctions has been selling in recent weeks will be the highlight of its latest auction from 9.30am Friday March 20 at 229 Camberwell Road, East Hawthorn.

Featured are four myriad pieces (each worth $15,000-$20,000) among the 70 top line crystal sculptures.

These are Long Wang (dragon), Sabu (tiger charging), Lightning (rearing stallion) and a soaring falcon.

Other major works include a bald eagle, elephant, hummingbirds, bluejays and kingfishers.

Each comes in its original box and Young’s Auctions staff are required to wear white gloves to handle them.

The auction also contains antique blue and white Spode china, sterling silver, antique clocks, tea caddies and four cylinder phonographs with horns.

There are 11 designer bags from Prada, Louis Vuitton and Coach and among the furniture are Danish Team 7 creations – including desks, dining settings and coffee tables – and a Grange sunroom setting.
