Leonard Joel has used the second of its Interiors & Jewellery weekly auctions for 2017 to present a comprehensive range of affordable items to auction goers.

The sale – covering furniture, jewellery, art salon and objects and collectables – begins at 10am Thursday February 2 at 333 Malvern Road, South Yarra.

The auction features an eclectic mix of furniture, sculptures, Persian rugs, porcelain and jewellery.

Of particular note is a rare Tabriz superfine rug from Iran and a pair of Chesterfield Gascoigne leather wingback armchairs.

Other highlights include a female nude bronze, a Peruvian starbust decorated wall mirror and a fine Victorian mahogany dumb waiter.

Auction goers should also be interested in a decorative cast iron garden bench and a wrought iron demilune tile top table.

Among the jewellery items on offer is a yellow sapphire and diamond dress ring, a pair of horseshoe cuff links by Georg Jensen and two sapphire dress rings.
