A range of collectables, jewellery, paintings and furniture highlights E.J. Ainger’s latest weekly sale from 9.30am Tuesday December 2 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

Among the porcelain on offer is an 1820s Coalport cream jug and lidded sucrier and Royal Winton floral jug.

A Staffordshire dog and accompanying Staffordshire pastel burner will be of interest to collectors, while a Chamberlain Worcester plate with gilt decoration and impressed mark could well set tongues wagging.

Another interesting item is the French Sevres floral china and pierced covered bowl and the Chinese rosewood deed box should attract a few bidders.

Unusual is the Chinese brass rhinoceros – while among the art is a G. Leeder framed tapestry entitled Island House and an Elsa Russell modernist oil painting.

Furniture features a William IV flame mahogany chest of drawers, a Jack Wilkinson woollen floral upholstered three-seat settee, a Victorian mahogany toilet mirror, a mint three panel coffer and a Victorian rosewood medallion back settee.
