Blinky Bill fans have their final chance to take advantage of a rare opportunity to own a slice of Australian animation history before the online auction – run by Leonard Joel – finishes Friday December 5.

The online auction, which began on November 21 and is being conducted in association with the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, features 25 hand painted signed animal cels of the loveable koala and his friends – donated by creators Yoram Gross Film Studio.

The auction is taking place as part of ACMI’s Christmas Fundraising Appeal, with all proceeds going to ACMI education programs.

Viewing is at ACMI in Federation Square, Melbourne.
