Swarovski crystal is another major attraction for auction goers. Produced in Wattens Austria, the electric cutting machine that facilitated the production of crystal glass was patented in 1892 by Daniel Swarovski.

USS Constitution sails into an auction sunset

Launched in 1798, Constitution is the world’s oldest commissioned naval vessel still afloat and is currently undergoing important restoration work at Charleston Navy Yard.
