Unusual auction collectables to whet online auction goer appetites

A vintage gilded cranberry Murano glass coffee set and a scarce 1927 one pound note in great condition are just two of the attractions at Graysonline latest antique and collectables online auction which ends at 10pm Tuesday November 29.

The auction features many collectable items including a leather bound limited edition “Micomicana” by renowned Australian artist Norman Lindsay and a Natural History of Shakespeare arranged by Bessie Mayou and published in the 1870s.

Other items of interest include an antique style brass sextant and a rare vintage dressed “Morgan the Monkey” by Russ Berrie UK Ltd.

One of the rare auction finds is the book “Tales of the Convict System” by Price Warung published in 1892.

Other attractions include a rare vintage Chinese gilt metal teapot with dragon handle and a vintage Martin Boyd ceramic serving plate showing a Dutch scene.

For collectors, there is an antique “arcade” wall mounted glass coffee grinder and a Lladro koalas in a tree porcelain figure.

Another collectable is the vintage Sankyo cine camera in a vinyl carry case, an original Japanese propaganda poster and a Booths crab shaped lidded porcelain dish.
