An original Charles Blackman charcoal floral, signed and dated 1954, is one of the major drawcards at E.J. Ainger’s forthcoming weekly sale from 9.30am Tuesday October 6 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.

For movie memorabilia collector buffs, the auction contains an interesting selection of vintage movie cameras and accessories.

For those auction goers who like to check out both antique and modern furniture items, there is plenty to attract – not least of all the leather and fabric upholstered Moran lounge suites.

Among the more appealing items are several French provincial pieces along with extension dining tables and a superb 13-piece suite.

For those who fancy antiques there are French, Victorian and Edwardian items from which to choose – including sideboards, occasional and bedroom furnishings and retro teak furniture.

There also is a quality collection of sterling silver jewellery, china, crystal and porcelain.
