More than 100 lots including fine oriental pieces from the one estate will be the highlight of Philips Auctions forthcoming sale from noon Sunday May 20 at 47 Glenferrie Road, Malvern.
Another major attraction is the Moorcroft collection and Bernard Moore flambé on offer.
The auction contains a range of sterling silver and an impressive selection of French clocks and furniture.
Paintings are another feature – simply ready for purchase and hang on the wall at home.
Some of the more attractive items on offer include an 18th century fine antique French folding fan and a 19th century Louis XV style ormolu mantel clock.
An art deco style large bronze figure and dog on a stepped marble stand is another drawcard, along with two antiques signed Japanese ivory netsukes from the Meiji period (1868-1912).
A Cantonese famille rose-footed lotus bowl should bring plenty of attention from collectors, as should an 18th century Japanese bowl in a French ormolu mount.
A coral beads strand with jade and pearl embellishments would make the ideal gift for a loved one, while an antique Chinese Celadon Meiping vase from the early Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) should be another favourite, along with a Chinese flambé pottery vase.
Among the sterling silver, a late 19th century Victorian silver plate castle cigar lighter should attract plenty of interest for its novelty.
Among the Moorcroft up for grabs is a 1930s to late 1940s anemone bowl.
Furniture highlights include a Louis XV style inlaid tulipwood semainier and a circa 1900 Louis XV style marquetry bombe commode.
Monday May 21 from 6pm will see a range of fabulous jewellery on offer including coloured diamonds, pigeon blood ruby earrings and superb emeralds.
