A range of antique and modern furniture, art, porcelain, silver and other collectables will greet auction goers to E.J. Ainger’s forthcoming sale from 9.30am Tuesday June 18 at 433 Bridge Road, Richmond.
Among the porcelain on offer is a Royal Worcester pot pourri and a Moorcroft vase.
Art works include Max Middleton’s Coastal Scene and Robert Young’s Resumption of play – both oils on board.

An important Faberge clock by Finnish master craftsman Albert Holmstrom (1876-1925) is the focus of Christian McCann Auctions forthcoming sale from 12pm Sunday May 26 at 426 Burnley Street, Richmond.
When his father August died in 1903, Albert took over his business, maintaining the same quality and standard of artworks that had resulted in the senior Holmstrom being appointed headmaster of Faberge in 1857 at age 28.

Ninety-two-year-old Perth widow Ruth Foreman has decided to auction more than 100 pieces of jewellery – most left by her jeweller father – and donate the proceeds to a women’s charity in Western Australia.
Her main reason for doing so is that she has no children to leave the pieces to and would like them to be of public benefit.
The jewellery collection will be sold through Philips Auctions jewellery auction from 6pm Monday May 6 at 47 Glenferrie Road, Malvern.
